About Edron Auto Services & Logistics
Edron Auto Services and Logistics is a team of professionals providing global logistics services for auctions and dealerships both nationwide and internationally. We partner with Copart and IAA auctions to provide high level transportation services for our customers. We also partner with other shipping companies for smooth transportation services at a reasonable cost, whether you are shipping your car across the nation or the sea. By offering the best logistical services possible and attaining complete client satisfaction, our primary objective is to add value for our clients.
💰Terms When Buying With Us
When purchasing a vehicle through us from Copart or IAA, the buyer must pay a $700 security deposit or 15% of the vehicle's total cost after purchase, whichever is more, before making any kind of transaction.
This deposit will be used to pay the relist charge if a client forfeits a vehicle, and it will also be added to the vehicle's purchase price when it is successfully acquired.
All payments must be made before or immediately after vehicle is purchased to avoid a late payment fee of $50 two or three days after day of purchase.
All transfer rates are not fixed. Since all cars on Copart and IAA are sold as-is, it is the buyer's responsibility to conduct all necessary research before making a purchase. Our team will help you through the process.
🚢Terms When Shipping With Us
• Pricing and Payment Terms
Shipping process starts a day after the car has been paid for. Our team may be able to facilitate an option under which payments can be made with ease; by making half down payment before shipping and paying off balance two weeks after shipment and cannot exceed the given timeframe otherwise a penalty of $50 each day will be added to your bill. In cases where clients are unable to make full payment for their shipment, our team will not release any vehicle with uncleared bills with us being it buying vehicle, shipping of the vehicle or penalty charges that has been accrued.
• Shipping Responsibility
Edron Auto Services and Logistics ships cargo to the requested destination: all other services are complementary. Customers must ensure they meet import requirements. Our team will provide all shipping documents and agreement forms to client. During Shipping process our team will provide client with the necessary documentation that will aid the customers to track the vehicle shipped.
• Pick Up
During pick up and towing a $100 fee must be made to cover storage fee in case of delays and it is fully refundable if no storage fee accumulates.
• Port Issues
Edron Auto Services and Logistics is not responsible for local port matters. Contact your clearing agent for details unless your clearance is being done by our team.
• Estimated Dates
Estimated time of departure and estimated time of arrival may be quick or delay under several factors. Estimated dates are subject to change.
• RORO Risks
Vehicles shipped via RORO may suffer key or part losses. Edron Auto Services and Logistics cannot be held liable.
• Additional Charges
RORO non-runner or forklift fees, as well as auction house/warehouse storage fees, are the customer's responsibility.
Note that the sailing dates are the first available dates that are reserved. In the event of overbooking, the shipping line may occasionally roll these over to the next available sailing dates. You can track directly with the shipping lines using the container number to get more details. Sometimes, US Customs and Border Control may randomly remove containers for inspections and charge buyers for those inspections.
